In connection with the expansion of the staff, MAS Seeds Ukraine is looking for the head of the department of energy supply and technical maintenance of the plant in the city of Dnipro (place of work in the village of Mohyliv, Dnipro district).

Responsibilities

Energy supply

• Represents the company in local authorities on energy consumption issues
• Represents the interests of the company and conducts negotiations with various suppliers of energy resources;
• Provides the best purchasing conditions in terms of price and quality of energy service;
• Ensures timely supply of energy carriers to all company facilities;
• Manages regulatory control of power equipment together with managers and suppliers of energy resources;
• Manages document flow with managers and energy suppliers;
• Provides monitoring of energy consumption of sites depending on the process

Maintenance 

• Ensures safe performance of technical work during repairs and equipment adjustment;
• Establishes, organizes and monitors the implementation of the equipment maintenance plan in cooperation with the production department;
• Sets priorities and develops a maintenance schedule;
• Plans measures necessary to anticipate risks that may threaten the functioning of the equipment and reacts to events that may create obstacles to the execution of the repair plan;
• Controls the quality of technical work on the equipment;
• Manages maintenance team (vacations planning, training, personal and professional development);
• Participates in activities to improve the quality of equipment, as well as in the development of new technology concepts;
• Organizes training on the usage of new equipment and modernization of existing equipment;
• Manages subcontractors that perform work on the territory of the plant, both for maintenance and installation of new equipment;
• Monitors compliance with maintenance procedures and introduces ideas for their improvement;
• Implements and deploys CMMS “computerized maintenance management system” of the plant;
• Prepares and manages the budget of the department;
• Controls the stock of spare parts and ensures the availability of materials and equipment used for repairs;
• Implements and ensures compliance with technical and regulatory requirements;
• Controls testing of electrical and gas-powered equipment;
• Controls testing of pressure vessels.
