Job description

MAS Seeds is looking for a PSI Manager (m-f) in Turkey, to manage field and plant production.

Your main mission will be to manage the internal and external seeds production organization in the perimeter of the PSI Turkey and  to deliver planned amount of seeds, within requested quality standard, at the due time and within agreed budget.

You lead and develop the PSI organization and cultivate the continuous improvement mindset. You also ensure that all PSI activities are developed in accordance with MAS Seeds QHSE standards aimed at zero accidents for internal team and other service providers

Main responsabilities

•  Accountability for end-to-end production process
•  To manage and develop all dedicated teams and people within seed production organization
• Direct grower network management
•  Management of the subcontractors and other service providers To contribut to the Global PSI strategy
•  To implement the Global HSE policy in the perimetr of PSI department
• To follow local HSE regulation
•   In collaboration with PSI EAST Lead to develop the growers and tollers contracting strategy
• To establish the country PSI budget
•   Manage the seeds production budget definition and follow-up
• To implement the continuous improvement mindset for all employees
